How long have you been qualified PT instructor?

Over 2 years

​

What got you interested in being a PT?

I have always had a passion for the world of fitness which peaked during my time in Tanzania.  I ran numerous marathons around the world and I have since become a keen participant in Crossfit.  Since returning to the UK I decided it was time to take it to the next level.  I wanted to share my drive for fitness and a healthy lifestyle with others, becoming a PT seemed a great way to do this.

What does Wellbeing mean to you and why is it important?

 Most of us lead busy lives but to have a healthy balance is important for our physical bodies as well as our minds.  As we get older keeping physically strong is of paramount importances. We are all faced with more and more physically challenges as we get older as well medical issues, staying strong and eating healthy can have a positive effect ageing process.. I'm definitely up for that!

What inspires you to be motivated?

Fortunately I have always loved exercising but I have always loved the feeling that fitness gives you.. it does take hard work but I can guarantee that despite your age or lifestyle there is always room to grow and I am living proof it is never too late to start.  Never be afraid to start and its never too late!

How long have you been qualified PT instructor?

Over 1 years

What got you interested in being a PT?

I have always been into health and fitness, I played group sports growing up and sailed competitively. When I found a gym that really resonated with the way I trained and I joined their NASM Certified Personal Training course. I wanted to understand the body more to be able to pick the right exercises for myself, and then when I realised I could help others, I wanted to make sure I knew how to design the right programmes for individuals based on their own lifestyles and goals. Soon after, friends started asking to train with me, and that's when I launched my business.

What does Wellbeing mean to you and why is it important?

 Wellness means to be able to be the best version of yourself in order to feel happier and live a long, healthy life. We know that exercise has an incredibly positive effect on the body, and thus it's important we add more movement into our lives. Start small, and build form there. You never know when you'll have to escape a fire through a narrow exit or jump out of the way to avoid a car coming towards you. Our body needs to be strong enough to prevent injury as best we can, and perhaps one day, save our own life. 

​

What inspires you to be motivated?

To put it simply, my happiness, I know that I feel my best when I have regular exercise in my life. It does wonders for my mental health. I like myself more and it helps me feel confident. My clients also inspire me, they all have their own health and fitness stories to tell and have faced different challenges along the way,  and yet, they keep coming back and showing up!

How long have you been qualified Yoga instructor?

I started studying yoga in 2017 when I completed the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course Level 1. Shortly after this I decided to embark on the BWY 500Hour teacher training and officially qualified in May 2020, although I have been teaching private/corporate/small group classes since September 2018.

 â€‹

What got you interested in being a Yoga instructor?

My passion for yoga developed around 10 years ago when I began to attend regular yoga classes and they became part of my weekly routine.  A yoga class was the only time I was able to truly connect with my body and mind, where nothing else mattered.  The feeling of leaving a yoga class lighter, calmer, and more connected with myself made me realise that I wanted others to feel the same. This is why I decided to take on my teacher training alongside my full time job in the FX industry ( very different I know ) with a view to being a full time private yoga teacher in the near future.  I specialise in private and small group classes in order to provide a more bespoke and personal yoga experience.

What does Wellbeing mean to you and why is it important?

Wellbeing for me is about being happy, healthy and comfortable both physically and mentally.

​

What inspires you to be motivated?

My clients. I want to be the best version of myself so that I can be the best teacher and role model to them.

How long have you been qualified Meditation coach?

For 5 years.

What got you interested in being a Meditation coach?

When I first started it was an attempt at getting into the splits, little did I know that it would change my life. That was the beginning of a massive transformation. I quickly knew that this was much more than just a stretch. Within the first 6 months I decided to start my training and started to share what I was learning.

What does Wellbeing mean to you and why is it important?

Oxford dictionary definition of Wellbeing: general health and happiness. Everybody deserves wellbeing.

What inspires you to be motivated?

The transformation people are capable of is what motivates me every day.

" My lifestyle quote is “live the moment”. I think time is one of the most valuable things we have in life and we never know how much of it we have left. So I think it’s a shame not to be enjoying life to the fullest and having the best time as much as you can"

I’ve been a certified health coach for 3 years and I have just finished my masters in nutrition.

What got you interested in being a Nutritionist?

I have been interested in nutrition since I was a teenager and before I decided to turn my passion into a career, I was always researching and reading about it.

What does Wellbeing mean to you and why is it important?

To me, wellbeing means loving your body, enjoying food, moving regularly and being strong mentally and physically.

​

What inspires you to be motivated?

I absolutely love what I do, so that passion helps me to stay motivated and keep learning to be better for myself and for my clients.

How long have you been with Juice Plus?

I have been using Juice Plus products for over 7 years now and started working as a Juice Plus Team Leader for about a year.

 â€‹

What got you interested in working for Juice Plus?

Having used the products and seen how my life has changed: skin, hair, body, energy; I had to share my knowledge of these products to help others. As a professional equestrian rider, Juice Plus helped my journey, it is now my turn to help others find Juice Plus. 

​

What does Wellbeing mean to you and why is it important?

To me, wellbeing is about being happy, having a balanced lifestyle, an energised body&mind and most of all accepting your body and not letting the external points of view get to your emotions. 

​

What inspires you to be motivated?

My horses inspire me and motivate me to be at my best self. Today, my clients' journeys motivate me to keep learning and sharing my knowledge to best serve their desires.
